S.C. Code Ann. § 33-49-1440

Disconnection when public safety emergency exists

Known as the Electric Cooperative Act

The act spans §§ 33–33 (70 sections).

2006 Act No. 313, SECTION 3, eff June 1, 2006.

Notwithstanding another provision of this article, an electric cooperative may disconnect a member when it is determined that a public safety emergency exists.
