S.C. Code Ann. § 35-1-820

Immunity from administrative and civil liability arising from a disclosure pursuant to Section 35-1-810

Known as the South Carolina Uniform Securities Act

The act spans §§ 35–35 (62 sections).

2021 Act No. 84 (S.425), SECTION 2, eff May 18, 2021.

A qualified individual who, in good faith and exercising reasonable care, makes a disclosure of information pursuant to Section 35-1-810 shall be immune from any administrative or civil liability that might otherwise arise from such a disclosure or from the failure to notify an eligible adult of such a disclosure.
