Division of Consumer Advocacy created

Known as the South Carolina Consumer Protection Code

The act spans §§ 37–37 (347 sections).

1978 Act No. 644, Part II, SECTION 31; 2004 Act No. 175, SECTION 3, eff February 18, 2004.

There is created within the Department of Consumer Affairs the Division of Consumer Advocacy with duties and organizations as provided in this chapter.
