Use of application and renewal fees

Known as the South Carolina Consumer Protection Code

The act spans §§ 37–37 (347 sections).

2005 Act No. 111, SECTION 1, eff 6 month after approval by the Governor (became law without the Governor's signature on June 2, 2005).

All application and renewal fees collected by the department may be retained by the department and used to implement the provision of this chapter.
