Short title

Former 1976 Code SECTION 38-37-1610 [1986 Act No. 513, SECTION 1] recodified as SECTION 38-77-1110 by 1987 Act No. 155, SECTION 1.

This article may be cited as the "Motor Vehicle Theft and Motor Vehicle Insurance Fraud Reporting-Immunity Act".
