S.C. Code Ann. § 41-18-360

Wilful violations; penalties

Known as the South Carolina Rider Safety Act

The act spans §§ 41–41 (7 sections).

2005 Act No. 30, SECTION 1, eff January 1, 2006.

A person who wilfully violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be fined not more than five hundred dollars or imprisoned not more than two months or both.
