S.C. Code Ann. § 41-43-30

South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority created; status; governance by Board of Directors; composition of board

Known as the South Carolina Jobs - Economic Development Fund Act

The act spans §§ 41–41 (30 sections).

1983 Act No. 145 SECTION 4; 1991 Act No. 248, SECTION 6, effective January 1, 1992; 2012 Act No. 279, SECTION 14, eff June 26, 2012.

There is created the South Carolina Jobs-Economic Development Authority, a public body corporate and politic and an agency of the State, with the responsibility of effecting the public purposes of this act. The authority is governed by a Board of Directors (board) which consists of ten members.
