S.C. Code Ann. § 44-113-70

Employers providing health insurance benefits to employees may report over-utilization of services to Department of Insurance

Known as the Provider Self-Referral Act

The act spans §§ 44–44 (8 sections).

Any employer providing health insurance benefits to its employees may report instances of alleged over-utilization of services to the South Carolina Department of Insurance pursuant to Section 38-55-170.
