Medical records defined

Known as the Physicians' Patient Records Act

The act spans §§ 44–44 (17 sections).

2014 Act No. 294 (H.4354), SECTION 4, eff June 23, 2014.

For purposes of this chapter, "medical records" includes the patient's medical bills.
