An applicant or licensee who is dissatisfied with the decision of the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities as a result of the hearing provided for by "Procedures Governing Disciplinary Hearings ..." may appeal to a South Carolina administrative law judge as provided in Article 5, Chapter 23, Title 1.
