S.C. Code Ann. § 46-13-175

Discretion to make pesticides available for minor uses

Known as the South Carolina Pesticide Control Act

The act spans §§ 46–46 (28 sections).

1992 Act No. 467, SECTION 7, eff July 1, 1992.

The director shall use discretion to waive any provisions of this chapter, as necessary, to insure the availability of pesticides for minor uses.
