S.C. Code Ann. § 47-17-530

Violations; penalties

2019 Act No. 79 (H.4245), SECTION 1, eff May 16, 2019.

A person who violates this article is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, must be imprisoned not more than one year, or fined not more than one thousand dollars, or both.
