Cancellation of registration

1962 Code SECTION 6-374; 1952 (47) 2175; 2002 Act No. 315, SECTION 2, eff June 5, 2002.

The Secretary of State shall cancel the registration of any brand:

(1) at the written request of the owner; or

(2) upon the order of any court of competent jurisdiction.
