Known as the Soil and Water Conservation Districts Law
The act spans §§ 48–48 (75 sections).

As used in this chapter:
(1) "Department" means the Department of Natural Resources.
(2) "Division" means the Land, Water, and Conservation Division of the Department of Natural Resources.
(3) "Director" means the administrative head of the department appointed by the board.
