S.C. Code Ann. § 56-5-1610

"Acquiescence" defined

Known as the Uniform Act

The act spans §§ 56–56 (418 sections).

For the purpose of Sections 56-5-1590 to 56-5-1620, the word "acquiescence" shall mean actual knowledge that the car was to be used for the purpose of racing on a public road, street or highway.
