S.C. Code Ann. § 56-5-3250

Pedestrians' right-of-way on sidewalks

Known as the Uniform Act

The act spans §§ 56–56 (418 sections).

1962 Code SECTION 46-444; 1977 Act No. 145 SECTION 8.

The driver of a vehicle crossing a sidewalk shall yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian and all other traffic on the sidewalk.
