S.C. Code Ann. § 6-37-20

"Authority"

Known as the Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority Act

The act spans §§ 6–6 (12 sections).

2009 Act No. 55, SECTION 1, eff June 2, 2009.

For purposes of this chapter, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, "authority" means the Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority.
