Relationship with other laws

Known as the The Alcoholic Beverage Control Act

The act spans §§ 61–61 (8 sections).

1996 Act No. 415, SECTION 1.

The ABC Act is declared to be complementary to and not in conflict with the laws providing for the lawful sale of beers, wines, and other vinous, fermented, or malt liquors.
