Licensing entities to provide information

Known as the South Carolina Children's Code

The act spans §§ 63-1-10 to 63-9-2290 (451 sections).

2008 Act No. 361, SECTION 2.

In the manner and form prescribed by the division, all licensing entities monthly shall provide the division information on licensees for use in the establishment, enforcement, and collection of child support obligations including, but not limited to:

(1) name;

(2) address of record;

(3) social security number;

(4) employer's name and address;

(5) type of license;

(6) effective date of license or renewal;

(7) expiration date of license;

(8) active or inactive license status.
