S.C. Code Ann. § 63-5-370

Consent not subject to disaffirmance

Known as the South Carolina Children's Code

The act spans §§ 63–63 (451 sections).

2008 Act No. 361, SECTION 2.

Any consent given pursuant to this article shall not be subject to disaffirmance because of minority when such minor reaches majority.
