The Abstractors Board of Examiners, created by chapter 36-13, and its functions in the former Department of Revenue and Regulation are transferred to the Department of Labor and Regulation. The secretary of the Department of Labor and Regulation shall perform the functions of the former secretary of the Department of Revenue and Regulation, relating to the Abstractors Board of Examiners.
