For purposes of this chapter, "disability" or "disabled" means any medically determinable physical or mental impairment that prevents a member from performing the member's usual duties for the member's employer, even with accommodations, or performing the duties of a comparable level position for the member's employer. The term excludes any condition resulting from a willful, self-inflicted injury.
