S.D. Codified Laws § 39-14-48

Adulteration by unsafe food additives

Known as the South Dakota Commercial Feed Law

A commercial feed shall be deemed to be adulterated if it is, or it bears or contains any food additive which is unsafe within the meaning of section 409 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
