The provisions of §§ 46A-1-38 to 46A-1-44, inclusive, § 46A-1-46, § 46A-1-49, § 46A-1-54, §§ 46A-1-56 to 46A-1-59, inclusive, and § 46A-1-70, relating to bonds shall also apply to notes issued pursuant to § 46A-1-17.
