Limitations on cash contributions

Acts 2006 (1st Ex

(1) No person shall make cash contributions to any candidate with respect to any election that, in the aggregate, exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

(2) No person shall make cash contributions to any political campaign committee or multicandidate political campaign committee with respect to any election that, in the aggregate, exceed fifty dollars ($50.00).

(3) No political campaign committee or multicandidate political campaign committee shall make cash contributions to any candidate with respect to any election.

(4) No political campaign committee or multicandidate political campaign committee shall make cash contributions to any other political campaign committee or multicandidate political campaign committee with respect to any election.
