Contribution limits — Transfer of campaign funds

Acts 2001, ch. 458, § 1.

(1) No person shall make contributions for the gubernatorial inauguration that, in the aggregate, exceed two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500).

(2) No multicandidate political campaign committee shall make contributions for the gubernatorial inauguration that, in the aggregate, exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).

(3) No corporation or executive officers or other representatives of any corporation doing business within this state shall make contributions for the gubernatorial inauguration that, in the aggregate, exceed seven thousand five hundred dollars ($7,500).

(4) The governor-elect may transfer funds from the governor-elect's campaign fund to the inauguration fund.
