Tenn. Code Ann. § 39-14-804

Penalties

Acts 1992, ch. 782, § 5.

(1) A person found to be in violation of any of the offenses defined in § 39-14-803(a) and (b) commits a Class C felony.

(2) Any person violating § 39-14-803(c) commits a Class B misdemeanor.
