Implements for escape

Acts 1989, ch. 591, § 1.

(1) It is unlawful for any person, with intent to facilitate escape, to introduce into a penal institution, or provide an inmate with, anything that may be useful for the inmate's escape.

(2) A violation of this section is a Class D felony.
