Failure to display certificate of authorization
Acts 2003, ch. 297, § 8.
(1) It is an offense for a state lottery retailer to fail to display a certificate of authorization pursuant to § 4-51-115(d) at each location where the retailer sells state lottery tickets or shares.
(2) A violation of this section is a Class C misdemeanor.
