Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-3-1412

Nondiscrimination

Acts 1999, ch. 520, § 13.

In compliance with all federal and state laws and constitutional provisions prohibiting discrimination, including, but not limited to, the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title VI ( 42 U.S.C. § 2000 d), no person, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age or sex shall be excluded from participation, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under, any program or activity operated by the department of labor and workforce development. This includes, but is not limited to, contracts for services, employment or services to the department's customers.
