Previous rules and regulations revoked — Authority to promulgate new rules

Known as the Tennessee Apiary Act

The act spans §§ 44–44 (25 sections).

(1) All rules and regulations previously promulgated on the subject matter of this chapter are revoked.

(2) The department shall promulgate rules and regulations pursuant to the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, to effectuate the purposes of this chapter.
