Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-25-1214

Failure to disclose — Contract voidable

Acts 1977, ch. 436, § 19; T.C.A., § 47-20-114.

Failure to make the disclosures required by this part shall render any contract subsequently entered into between the customer and the invention developer voidable by the customer.
