Application for a certificate of authority
Known as the Tennessee Revised Limited Liability Company Act
The act spans §§ 48-249-1001 to 48-249-914 (146 sections).

The application of a foreign PLLC for a certificate of authority in this state shall:
(1) Contain the information required in § 48-249-904;
(2) State that it is a foreign PLLC;
(3) State that its purpose is to render specified professional services; and
(4) Include a statement that the requirements of § 48-249-1123(b)(3) are satisfied.
