Tenn. Code Ann. § 5-20-104

Enforcement of code

Acts 1975, ch. 328, § 4; T.C.A., § 5-2004.

The county attorney or any official vested with the powers of enforcing any code may, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, institute an injunction to prevent the violation of such code.
