Known as the Tennessee Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act
The act spans §§ 53-1-101 to 53-1-304 (30 sections).

As used in this part:
(1) “Administration” means the United States food and drug administration;
(2) “Department” means the department of agriculture; and
(3) “Standards” means the standards for the growing, harvesting, packing, and holding of produce for human consumption (21 CFR Part 112).
