Injunctions — Jury trial

(1) The criminal and circuit courts of this state may exercise jurisdiction to restrain or enjoin violations of part 3 of this chapter and this part, or title 39, chapter 17, part 4.

(2) The defendant may demand trial by jury for an alleged violation of an injunction or restraining order under this section.
