(1) All matters relating to the organization, discipline and government of the Tennessee national guard, not otherwise provided for in parts 1, 2 and 4-6 of this chapter, or by regulations issued pursuant thereto, shall be decided by the customs and usage of the appropriate force or forces of the armed forces of the United States.
(2) All regulations in effect on March 2, 1970, and consistent with parts 1, 2 and 4-6 of this chapter, shall hereby continue in effect until such time as the same may be modified, rescinded, superseded, or otherwise changed by regulations issued pursuant to such sections.
