The Tennessee board of water quality, oil, and gas, established by [former] § 59-8-321 [repealed. See the Compiler's Notes], the “Tennessee Surface Mining Law,” shall be the advisory body referred to in Article V(a) of the Interstate Mining Compact. Any duties of any member of the board relating to the compact are official duties of the board within the meaning of [former] § 59-8-321 [repealed. See the Compiler's Notes].
