Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-11-107

Register of applications

Known as the Locksmith Licensing Act

The act spans §§ 62-11-101 to 62-11-118 (18 sections).

Acts 2006, ch. 885, § 8.

(1) The commissioner shall keep a register of all applications for licensure or for a licensee, showing on each the date of application, name, qualifications, place of business, place of residence and whether a license was granted or refused.

(2) The books and register of the commissioner shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded in the books and register.
