Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-19-107

Meetings of commission

(1) The commission shall meet at least one (1) time each quarter of every calendar year for the purpose of transacting business that may properly come before it.

(2) Special meetings of the commission shall be held at times that the commission may provide in the bylaws it may adopt.

(3) Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum at a commission meeting.

(4) Due notice of each meeting and the time and place of the meeting shall be given each member in the manner that the bylaws may provide.
