Temporary retirement

Known as the Tennessee Collection Service Act

The act spans §§ 62-20-101 to 62-20-124 (24 sections).

Acts 1981, ch. 170, § 21.

(1) Any licensee may temporarily retire the licensee's license for a period of three (3) years by giving written notice of such intent and paying each year an annual retirement fee of ten dollars ($10.00) to the board.

(2) Any license not activated within the three-year period becomes invalid.
