Award for damages, costs and attorney fees

Known as the Rental Location Agent Act

The act spans §§ 62-25-101 to 62-25-108 (8 sections).

In a civil action, any successful prospective tenant shall be entitled to an award for damages, court costs and reasonable attorney fees.
