Tenn. Code Ann. § 62-26-304

Meetings — Notice — Quorum

Acts 1991, ch. 457, § 26.

(1) The commission may hold meetings that it may deem necessary for the purpose of transacting business that may properly come before it. All members of the commission shall be duly notified of the time and place of each meeting.

(2) A majority of the commission constitutes a quorum at any meeting of the commission.
