Register of applications

Acts 1991, ch. 400, § 11.

(1) The board shall keep a register of all applications for certification, license or registration, showing on each the date of application, name, qualifications, place of business, place of residence and whether a license or registration was granted or refused.

(2) The books and register of the board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded in the books and register.
