Fund of the state board of alarm contractors

Acts 1991, ch. 400, § 23.

(1) Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, all moneys collected pursuant to this part shall be deposited in the state treasury in a separate fund to be known as the fund of the state board of alarm contractors.

(2) Disbursements from the fund shall be made solely for the purpose of defraying expenses incurred in the implementation and enforcement of this part.

(3) Any part of the fund of the state board of alarm contractors remaining at the end of a fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund, but shall be carried forward until expended in accordance with this part.
