(1) It is the duty of the owner or operator of a tattoo establishment to post the current studio certificate permit in a conspicuous place where it may be readily observed by the public.
(2) It is the duty of the owner or operator of a tattoo establishment to post a copy of the statutes contained in this part in a conspicuous place where it may be readily observed by the public.
