Certification — Expiration

Known as the State Licensing and Certified Real Estate Appraisers Law

(1) The initial certification issued under the authority of this chapter shall expire upon the expiration date of the certificate held by a certificate holder. Thereafter, the term of a certificate issued under the authority of this chapter shall be two (2) years from the date of issuance unless revoked or suspended prior to expiration.

(2) The expiration date of the certificate shall appear on the certificate and no other notice of its expiration need be given to its holder.
