Criminal penalties

Acts 1931, ch. 31, § 2; C

(1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.

(2) Upon being convicted of any violation of any provision of this chapter, any person who again violates any of the provisions of this chapter commits a Class E felony.

(3) Any person who has been enjoined by a court of competent jurisdiction from performing any acts or rendering any services that constitute the practice of podiatry as defined by this chapter who thereafter willfully violates the terms of the injunction by again performing such acts or rendering such services commits a Class E felony.
