Tenn. Code Ann. § 66-28-106

Notice

Known as the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act

The act spans §§ 66-28-101 to 66-28-521 (44 sections).

(1) Either party has notice of a fact if such person: Has actual knowledge of it; or

(2) Has been given written notice.

(3) All parties must give written notice to the last known or designated address contained in the lease agreement.
