Violations — Penalties

(1) Any person who willfully violates this part commits a misdemeanor. It is a misdemeanor for any person in connection with the offer or sale of any camping club contracts willfully to: Make any untrue or misleading statement of a material fact, or omit to state a material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they are made, not misleading;

(2) Employ any device, scheme, or artifice to defraud; or

(3) Engage in any act, practice, or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit upon any person.

(4) No indictment or information may be returned under this part more than two (2) years after the alleged violation.
